Political Affiliation: At this point, anarchist. Elijah’s disappointment in his government’s inability to protect him from the unknown horrors of the world has given him a sour taste in his mouth he’s been unable to rid himself of.
Likes: Elijah’s love for his wife Karyn is unmatched. He also enjoys the simple pleasures of life, like observing the sunset or sharing a drink with a friend. His greatest thrill in life is laughing until he feels he’ll collapse in merriment.
Dislikes: The greatest threat to Elijah’s happiness in instability; he hates disorder and dislikes change. Since his transformation into a DL, Elijah has become increasingly paranoid about his wife’s safety, and he constantly feels as though someone or something will take her from him. Although he doesn’t give much thought to this idea, the concept of being alone is a frightening – and very real – threat in Elijah’s life.
Strengths: Elijah’s willpower is unmatched, and he’s one of the few people that really could conquer a city in a day if given the resources. His intellect and guile are a refined art; he’s witty and fully aware of it. In times of crisis, Elijah’s head remains level, and he’s able to maintain a certain amount of order amongst waves of chaos.
Weaknesses: Elijah’s temper has grown exponentially since his turn. Seeking a way to calm his rattled spirit, he seeks to destroy those who have destroyed him. He also lives his life in fear of hurting his wife or those around him. Most grave of his issues, Elijah recoils at the thought of regular people finding out what he is.
Basic Inventory: Elijah wears heavy clothes, usually of earthy colors. He carries with his a trench coat that has been weathered from its original light hue to a rusty brown. Since his attack, he carries with him an eight inch blade, usually hidden within his boot or strapped to his waste. He constantly wears a Saint Medal of Saint Felix across his neck, given to him by his wife on the night of the marrage.
Brief Summary of Personality: Where Elijah’s once kind heart was a giving and charismatic, a shadow of that spirit now lays within his chest. He is quiet and calculating, never letting his emotions get the better of his master plan. However collected he appears to be, when faced with even the idea of a Classic Werewolf, Elijah is a raging beast. He desires nothing more than revenge on the monsters which created him, and he’ll stop at nothing to get it. Towards his wife however, Elijah remains extremely protective and intimate. His love for her outweighs his hatred of the Classics, but his heart will never be stilled while the Classic Werewolves remain unchallenged.
Brief Summary of History: Elijah’s life was simple before his encounter with the Classic who turned him. His days consisted of loving his wife first and his work second. His art had become more renown, and he aspired to leave metal working in a shop to pursue artistry fulltime. The bite which nearly took his life however, changed him from the core out, and he almost lost everything.
On the night he was attacked, Elijah survived only because the Werewolf gnawing on his leg became startled by an approaching gang of Classic Vampires--Elijah, of course thought them only Humans. After the beast fled, the broken man collected his destroyed limb and crawled home to be coddled by his desperately scared wife. Kayrn collected her husband and drove him to the hospital, and after a worrying surgery, it was pronounced that he’d live.
When the first full moon came two weeks later however, it was clear that the couple’s ordeal was far from over.
In an explosion of unknown anger Elijah destroyed the better part of the Champton home, and nearly killed his wife had she not hid herself so successfully in a space the Werewolf physically could not reach. She suffered a large gash across her stomach from a claw he embedded within her, but her injury aside, she was fine. It took extreme courage on Karyn’s part to crawl back to her husband after he’d regained himself, and the two were so shocked and terrified at what they’d been through that they nearly abandoned each other without discussion. It was Kayrn’s love for Elijah that convinced her to stay, and in return, her husband vowed never to let her see him in his monstrous form again.
It has taken extreme effort of Elijah’s part to keep his promise to his spouse, but he’s upheld it to this day.

Likes: Lysander enjoys a fulfilling lifestyle; he likes women, liquor, and motorcycles, to name a few things. His favorite pastime is picking up women; his second favorite is having sex with them.
Dislikes: Lysander hates people obsessed with order. He dislikes authority (unless it’s his own), is impatient with collective order, and despises people who talk instead of act.
Strengths: Lysander seemingly lacks a true fear of anything, probably stemming from his immortality as a Classic Vampire. Add to it the physical strength and power given to him by his DL Werewolf infection, and Lysander has little hesitation in the face of danger. He’s charming, witty, and a man of instant action. His favorite motto is “Ask questions later--if the person you want to ask is still alive.”
Weaknesses: Although his rashness is perhaps his greatest strength, it is also his greatest downfall. Lysander does not use his head--seemingly ever. His actions are often tempered with cruelty and power-lust rather than humility. Those who are smarter than him are usually aware of it, and it his egotism that allows him to be walled in by intellectual traps from time to time. Finally, Lysander’s temper is unmatched, and although he is quick to recover from spurts of rage, he is also quick to enter them.
Basic Inventory: A pair of jeans, and sometimes a shirt to cover that glorious body of his.
Brief Summary of Personality: Lysander is a man of extreme opposites. On one hand he is shockingly humble and full of lyrical charm, and on the other he’s rough and quick to agitate. His wit is only of mouth, for behind his handsome face lays an uneducated mind. Although literate and able to compute simple equations, Lysander took no formal education and understands little of the complexities of society. His smarts were learned off the streets, and his intolerance for the lethargy of intellectuals reflects this.
Brief Summary of History: Born in Serbia in 1832, Lysander witnessed the two world wars which ravaged his native home. The first wave of conflict took from him his breathtaking Vampire wife, Crysanthem, while the second took from him his son Nicholi. His heart bruised by the toll man had taken on him, Lysander traveled for nearly 80 years, taking Human men and raping their women while he went. Eventually his spirit recovered from the loss, but the practices of revelry did not. Lysander then traveled to London where he joined the Classic Vampire House of Nicolae. He’s resided in London ever since.
Only with the Werewolf bite did his life change.
Immidiately, nothing was different, but with the first moon, Lysander’s condition soon became apparent to the House of Nicolae. They banished him while he was shifted, and in his rabid state, Lysander took and killed one of the female Classics that resided within the Nicolae walls. He left that night, uncaring for his banishment but angry for the Werewolf blood now tainting his pure Vampire lineage. He met Elijah and Lorianna several months later, and began plotting the demise of those who’d turned him.

With his coat coloring and spotted pattern nearly all of these scars are indistinguishable, save for when Lorianna runs her fingers through his fur and feels the deep ridges and calices of his wounds. He does walk with a heavy limp, however, and his face looks lopsided with his missing ear.

Likes: Lorianna enjoys solitary or the companionship of a few close friends; she is not a social person. Her favorite activities include watching soap operas, cooking, and having philosophical conversations with whoever will listen (usually, this means Diazer).
Dislikes: Lorianna has a distinct distaste for judgment, although she - like anyone - is guilty of this behavior. She hates being forced into situations without multiple options of escape, and gets discouraged when not allowed to voice her opinion.
Strengths: She’s exceptionally forgiving, her heart is warm but strong, she’s lithe and quick, and she has both book and street smarts.
Weaknesses: Lorianna is physically not as strong as most other DL Werewolves. She also doesn’t easily learn from her mistakes and is liable to repeat them. Finally, she lacks a firm hand when it comes to punishing or criticizing others.
Basic Inventory: Lorianna carries a large handbag, complete with a foot long knife, cell phone, and lock picking equipment. She is usually dressed simply but attractively in jeans and an elegant top.
Brief Summary of Personality: Lorianna’s nature can be described in three words: kind, yet quiet. Since she forgives so readily she expects others to do the same. She doesn’t however, trust those she doesn’t know. Lorianna can often appear unfriendly and distant to those who don’t know her, and this means valuable friends and partnerships fade before given their due time to flower. For a quiet girl however, Lorianna’s mind is quick and witty. She’s very articulate, and when she does open her usually pursed mouth it’s usually to express either complex thoughts or to voice an intelligent opinion.
Brief Summary of History: Lorianna’s life was relatively normal for a Familiar until the night of the Werewolf attack. She and Diazer were out enjoying the late autumn air when from the shadows of an alleyway a Classic Werewolf sprang on her, clinging to her back with its claws as it bit at her shoulder. The attack was brief however, as in defense of his Familiar’s life, Diazer threw himself at the beast, tearing a chunk of muscle and skin from its outer thigh. Immediately, the monster let go, retreating into the darkness from which it came. A trail of splattered blood pooling about Lorianna and from the Werewolf’s retreated path were all that marked the event.--
--Until the full moon came several days later.
Lorianna and Diazer where in Lori’s apartment, he curled atop her feet while she sat at her computer doing homework online. The shift that was her bestial condition came suddenly, and Diazer awoke from his nap to find his Familiar gripping her throat and chest in pain. As this feeling of unsettling worry overtook Lorianna, so did it hit her familiar, and Diazer was soon hunkered over in full-bodied pain as well.
This state seemingly lasted hours, although in reality the shift took naught but ten seconds.
The immediate problem became obvious, however, when Lorianna rose on furred legs and with a savage mind. She and Diazer were both rabid with the energy the moon had given them, and instinct made them look directly at each other with malice.
They began to attack one another, both unaware of whom they were trying to kill. Had it not been for Lorianna seriously injuring Diazer, forcing him to retreat to (literally) lick his wounds, she might have killed him and ended both their lives that night.
The greatest problem presented with Lorianna and Diazer’s condition is their dual transformations. When the full moon approaches, Lorianna is forced to lock Diazer within a steel cage she had specially ordered so that she cannot attack and kill him. When she goes on her rampaging hunts out into the London streets, however, she and Diazer are extremely far apart which causes extreme physical pain for them both. Their transformations mean horrors that few DLs ever have to face, and it is this struggle that made them want to end the Classic Werewolf rule in London. They’ve searched for a means to ever since.
Detailed Explanation of Trial: Lorianna’s parents were loving, but neglectful folk. When their daughter was 4, she wandered away from home while playing “house” with some of her toy dolls. This exploration of their countryside woodland ended in three days of misery and unfathomable fright. Lorianna’s terror gave birth to her precious familiar Diazer, and she clung to him for two days and nights until her frantic family finally found her again. Lorianna hardly remembers this event from her childhood, but is thankful that its occurrence gave her an extension to her soul.
Age Trial was Performed at: 4
Hides in Society By: She and Diazer keep to their appartment during the day, and at night venture out when the city seems still. They keep mostly to the alleyways.

Strengths: Although she’s been through a terrible ordeal, Karyn has remained a very forgiving person and her loyalty to Elijah and his cause is unwavering. She’s strong of character, despite her fears of the London “underworld.”
Weaknesses: Kayrn’s fear is overwhelming, both in her husband and in the world she previously thought safe. She’s afraid of loosing Elijah, she’s afraid of him attacking her again, and she’s of being turned herself. She also distrusts the government for not informing the public in mass about the horrors that are prowling the London streets. For this reason (and because she’s paranoid that the authorities will strip Elijah from her as some sort of test subject) Kayrn trusts no one but her husband.
Basic Inventory: Her clothes, change for use in street phones, and a small first aid kit. Karyn never travels with identification or a cell phone for fear the London authorities will find her.
Brief Summary of Personality: Karyn embodies all that is gentle in a woman. She is kind, rational, and extremely giving. A devout Catholic, she spends her time serving in the London streets, trying to drive out the deprevity she's found there. Despite her forgiving and caring nature, she has become deeply afraid and disturbed by the world around her. Her husband's transformation revealed an evil she was not ready to accept. Karyn has become rather shaken, and jumps easily in fright. Only her love for Elijah and her kind heart have allowed her to pull through this experience unscathed.

Likes: Jeremiah likes control, and lots of it. He enjoys authority, stability, and complete compliance from those around him. He also, strangely enough, finds white ducks to be irresistibly adorable and has always wanted one since he was a child. Bring this fact up with him however, and he’ll accuse you of fabricating such an outrageous claim.
Dislikes: Disorganization is like a disease to him. Jeremiah cannot stand those who don’t know their place in society, and he’s quick to correct them. He also dislikes DLs and the disgrace they bring to his superior, noble race.
Strengths: Jeremiah is a natural leader--and he’ll have it no other way. He is a quick thinker and usually knows the best course of action. He is also notoriously good at accepting responsibility when he’s done something wrong; he’s even quicker to correct it. Jeremiah is also extremely smart, and it’s difficult to slip anything past him.
Weaknesses: As tactical as he may be, Jeremiah has no problem sacrificing the smaller members of society to uphold the group as a whole. He’s not cruel, but he certainly lacks understanding and kindness. Lastly, he is somewhat unfamiliar with women, despite being alive for over two hundred years.
Basic Inventory: He always carries a Russian switchblade on him, and usually has a shotgun nearby. His attire is generally dark and appears to be very outdated. Beneath his shirt and cloak (yeah, he’s that creepy guy that still wears a cloak) he has strapped to his chest a bullet resistant vest.
Brief Summary of Personality: Most people would describe Jeremiah as a brilliant but creepy man. His intellect is second to none as he’s spent his long life acquiring knowledge; he’s fluent in 7 European languages and 3 Asian languages. Coupled with Jeremiah’s intellect is his drive for power and stability. He’s a man whose passion is himself, making him a prime candidate the oversee the unruly world that his race has adopted. This fierceness however, is not tempered with humility; Jeremiah does not forgive mistakes nor excuse weakness. It is this drive and sensibility that make him such an extraordinary man to follow.
Brief Summary of History: Jeremiah’s life his been a blur of his own quest for intellectual stimulation and authority. He was born in Germany in 1753, but left during the unification of Germany. Because of his absence during the first and second World Wars, Jeremiah feels a secret shame at not being present during his homeland’s struggles. After the end of the last World War, Jeremiah traveled to Spain and then to Russia where he developed his political ideology and personal beliefs. His work during these times had not only satisfied his thirst for self discovery and study, but for money as well; Jeremiah’s endless laboring had earned him an astounding amount of money which he quickly invested in global markets. He’s disgustingly wealthy even to this day.
Jeremiah’s success in these foreign lands gave rise to a new curiosity. He traveled to London where he settled down and attempted to marry. His lover, a brash but stunning Classic Werewolf named Arianne, denied his hand in marriage when he offered it however. This personal blow set the handsome Werewolf at a distance with the female gender, which he hasn’t been able to escape to this day. It is only with his mind that he is able to evade the letdown of this personal blow.
And his mind quickly became useful when the DL Werewolves began to revolt.
Jeremiah’s distaste with this lowly version of his race was well known, and it was only weeks before other Classics began flocking to him with pleas of a solution to this new infestation within the bowels of London. Jeremiah agreed, and the Erus Vena was born. He now waits to see what the world will offer him next.

Political Affiliation: As a joke Teddy tells people he supports the Miss Great Britain Party. In reality Teddy is too laid back to dabble in politics, but on he’ll often take the opposite stand from Jeremiah so that they can have a “friendly argument”.
Likes: Pancakes are a weak spot for Theodore, so people who make good pancakes are always on his good list. Children always bring a smile to Teddy’s face, and playing with them put him in a good mood. He also enjoys the company of an endearing (and attractive) woman. He’ll never say no to a good home cooked meal, either.
Dislikes: The biggest problems Teddy has in the world are pedophiles. He has been known to kill a pedo or two though he usually just seriously cripples their ability to repeat their sins. People who constantly repeat themselves or people who demand attention and will do anything to get it easily annoy Teddy. He also has a problem being forcefully bossed around, although he recognizes the need for authority.
Strengths: Slow to anger and quick to laugh, Teddy is able to stay calm in situation and rationally think out a solution that many would miss in an emotional explosion. His laid back attitude gains him the trust of people making it easier to make alliances. This is especially good when he needs to gain trust and glean information for Jeremiah. He is strong and able to defend himself when challenges arise, but usually he uses his humor to goad his opponents into making mistakes that he takes advantage of. Not the most “honorable” way to fight, but extremely effective.
Weaknesses: Because Teddy is fond of children when he see’s that they are in danger he often disregards his own safety and the objective he might have had in order to protect the child. He feels great pain when he witnesses the death of children and for days after one of these deaths he goes into a somewhat manic-depressive state of mind though he always recovers.
Basic Inventory: Teddy carries with him the most common essentials of daily life. In his briefcase he has a cell phone, cash, a comb (who doesn’t like to be pretty?!), and identification.
Brief Summary of Personality: Teddy is extremely compassionate when it comes to children, but towards adults the sincerity of his friendliness is less. He has always wanted to have kids, for he sees something very calming in the innocence of a child. Teddy believes that everything the world should be can be found in a child’s heart, and it is because of this philosophy that he protects them so passionately. Toward adults, however, Teddy behaves slightly different. He does not lack respect or affection for others, but one needs to give him a reason to show his respect first. He holds other accountable for their mistakes, and although he’s forgiving, he’s a man who can never be fooled twice by the same person. He has been disillusioned by the world over the years, yet unlike most he hasn't become bitter from these experiences. Instead he has become more understanding towards how to deal with those around him.
Brief Summary of History: Theodore’s life consisted of women until he was about 40 years old, until his life became about one woman. Teddy loved her, in his own way, but the reason he became so strongly bonded with her was because she had a 4 year old son name Michael. Teddy and Michael bonded quickly, and it was this child’s complete innocence in viewing the world that changed Teddy perception on life. He became more of a morally strong man, sleeping with fewer women and treating them with a kinder attitude as well. Although this impressed Michael’s mother it was not enough to keep her in Teddy’s arms, and she and her son left the country for Russia about a year later. Devastated, Teddy upheld his morals in silent respect for the boy he missed, and within a few months, his heart had healed. His life continued on a fairly stable road until he moved to London.
Teddy’s work had transferred him to their London branch where he was shocked to find the Classic Werewolf population at such highs. He quickly began introducing himself where he bonded with a particularly grumpy chap (and Teddy constantly brings this fact up for humor’s sake), named Jeremiah. The two seemed compatible as close friends, and their trust and respect for each other swiftly grew. It was because of this trust that Teddy agreed to join in with the Erus Vena when Jeremiah began their counteraction against the DLs. Although Teddy dislikes the aftereffects of war, he understands the importance of quelling rebellions at their birth. He’s pledged his loyalty, even against his better judgment.

Likes: Dahlia likes things to be stable. She believes firmly in a hierarchy as depicted by Sangral traditions. She’s also very fond of her clan and has a sense of Sangral nationalism which has gained her the position she holds today. Despite Dahlia’s frantic lifestyle and constant travel, she enjoys nothing more than spending the day at home with a book and some coffee.
Dislikes: Upheaval and social unrest agitate the Sangral woman. Also, she cannot stand anyone insulting her race, as often times it will be accused of being “savage” or “barbaric” for their traditional beliefs and periodic inbreeding. Dahlia also has a distaste for egotistical people--men in particular.
Strengths: For such a small being, Dahlia is seemingly full of a confidence not belonging to her. Her presence alone seems to enhance the moral of those around her. Similarly, she’s easy to trust and many people flock to her for her ease of character and calm attitude. Although she’s not a natural leader, she never finds herself short of friends as people tend to congregate wherever she appears.
Weaknesses: Dahlia is not one to speak her mind, even if it means others (outside of Sangral society) will pay the price of her silence. She is also physically small for a Sangral, which results in her being overpowered by many - males, in particular - if she goes against their desires. Finally, Dahlia takes poor care of her health since she is constantly trying to uphold the values of her race. She spends much of her life ill or nursing bruises.
Basic Inventory: Dahlia usually carries with her a scarf to wrap around her face in the event of a Human having the potential to see her eyes. Similarly she has constantly has a seeing-eye stick tucked under her arm. At times she’ll carry identification and a cell phone in a small purse.
Brief Summary of Personality: Dahlia is perceived as an extremely calm and kind person; although when in private, Dahlia’s mannerisms can range widely. Dahlia has a fierce drive to prove her race’s worth, and as such she can be almost chaotic in temperament when she feels threatened by people outside of Sangral blood. Generally speaking however, Dahlia’s kindness and hospitality extend beyond herself and her kind. When someone of a different race is in trouble, Dahlia is not one to not turn her back--unless of course doing so would promote her race’s means. Dahlia dislikes making trouble for her people, and thus, she’s in a constant struggle between her own heart’s desires and what is best for the Sangral community.
Brief Summary of History: Dahlia’s upbringing taught her to always put the Sangral clan’s needs before her own; she’s practiced this ever since she was a child. Sacrifice of time and pride is of no consequence, so long as it benefits her race, and Dahlia’s restless support of the clan’s leaders and policies have given her a reputation of extreme loyalty amongst her people. When Dahlia was awarded the position of diplomat between her race and the other Sapiens-based races of London, she eagerly took the post, supported by all who knew her and her tireless efforts. Since the revolt of the DL Werewolves Dahlia’s leaders were approached by the Classic Werewolves who partitioned her clan for support. Without consulting her, Dahlia’s chief of staff offered her to them as a mediator between races. The woman harbors no ill feeling - as this, too is an opportunity to demonstrate her willingness to serve - but she has found herself as a principle character in this world of war. Being kind of heart and weak of body, Dahlia’s apprehension into the weeks to come in understandable.
Yet, Jeremiah is not a man known for his understanding.

Brief Summary of History:Before his conversion to the Vampire race, Danny’s Human life was rather difficult. His mother was a single parent, trying to raise an unruly son with a very restrictive salary. When he was 15, Danny ran away from home without a backwards glance to make something of himself. He immediately joined several gangs, starting car fires and breaking into houses to feed himself. For two years Danny did this until meeting a Vampire for the first time on the London streets. The poor kid had put a gun to the man’s back, hoping to rob him, but instead found himself in quite a predicament.
Danny was bitten by the Classic Vampire, whose name was Hakul al-Hamid and was turned into a DL Vampire at the age of 17. Desperately Danny searched for a cure to his DL status, and after one year of combing back allies looking for Classics to enlighten him he found Hakul once again. The old Vampire was known to be exceptionally kind, and bit Danny once more, this time allowing him to drink some of his own as well. Since then Danny has been determined to prove his worth as a Classic Vampire. He has joined forces with the Classic Werewolves to do this, and plans on being a spotlight of bravery and guile.

Likes: Jamais has a seemingly unhealthy obsession with her twin sister, Deja. She also loves cookies and parties [though not as much as De]. She has boundless respect for those who protect them, and a fondness for the bonds of clansmenship. Above all things, however, Jamais is loyal to only her sister.
Dislikes: She dislikes those who are disrespectful to her sister and lovers who try to favor one sister more than the other. She also hates rebellioins and their members, as it was that sort of chaos which threw herself and her family from their lives in France when she was young.
Strengths: Jamais' emotions seem hightened from her mental instability, which makes her more tuned in on other people and allows her to be enthusiastic in her response to them. She's bright - moreso than Deja - and uses this ability to keep her sister out of trouble. She is also a relatively good at fighting, given her small soze, lithe body and vicious attitude. She doesn't fight dirty like Deja however, hence why she was the one to loose her eye and not her sister.
Weaknesses: She becomes blind to Deja’s faults and when it comes to matters concerning De she is able to turn the other cheek without thought. She also stands up for her sister and herself, even if the two are in the wrong. Her attitude is one that brings her to constant bursts of anger at individuals not deserving thereof, and this practice has brought on her the dislike of many clansmen she and her sister have met.

Like her sister, she is mentally unstable which results in mental lapses of anger and misdirected rage.

Before they could get to the boat that was waiting to take them to New Orleans they were stopped by roaming highwaymen; the coward of a driver ran away. The men raped both their mother and maid while De and Ja hid in the coach benches. The men left after killing the mother accidentally. Changing plans the maid took the twins to some relatives they had in England. They’ve lived in England since then.
They have spent their time living in packs that have hidden them as hidden jewels despite their instability. They allow them to do what they want and then clean up after them.
Jamais walked in on her sister having a fling with a classic vampire. Going berserk, she killed the vampire who was trying to turn De. Deja got angry and they fought. She ended up loosing her eye.
